  • A brief call to get to know one another, understand your goals at a high level, and determine if we're a good fit to work together.

  • If we decide to move forward, we’ll dive deeper into your personal and financial goals—what matters most to you, and what you want to achieve.

  • Once engaged, the planning process officially begins. At this stage, we have a surface-level understanding of your goals and financial situation, and we begin building out the framework for your plan.

  • We’ll collect all the relevant financial data—account statements, income sources, insurance policies, estate documents—and finalize your goals and risk profile. You’ll receive a custom checklist, and we’ll be available for support as needed.

  • We align your financial data with your goals and begin designing a plan tailored to your unique situation.

  • We present your full financial plan, explain our recommendations, and ensure you're clear and confident in the path ahead.

  • Together, we begin executing the plan. We’ll coordinate with other professionals (CPAs, attorneys, etc.) as needed and support you in getting the key action items in motion.

  • After your plan is in place, we meet quarterly to keep things on track and adapt to life’s changes.

    • Q1: Annual review of your goals, finances, and strategy for the year ahead.

    • Q2: Mid-year review, check-in on progress, and start early tax planning.

    • Q3: Finalize tax strategies and make ad hoc plan updates as needed.

    • Q4: End-of-year planning focused on taxes, estate, and insurance updates.
