What we do — and how it works.
We offer two main ways to work together: a one-time assessment to see where you stand, and an ongoing engagement for people who want real, consistent support.
PERSONAL CFO ENGAGEMENT
What it is: Ongoing financial planning and business advisory. One point of contact who knows your full picture — business and personal — and is consistently working with you on both.
What's included:
Monthly meetings or quarterly meetings
Unlimited calls and emails — reach out when something comes up, not just at your scheduled meeting
Ongoing financial planning covering tax strategy, cash flow, retirement, estate planning, and personal goals
Business oversight and advisory — entity structure, how you're paying yourself, compensation planning, exit planning, and coordination with your CPA, attorney, and other advisors
Investment management for retirement accounts, rollovers, and brokerage accounts (discounted rate for planning clients)
What it costs: Quarterly planning fee based on your business and situation. We discuss pricing directly — it's not a one-size-fits-all number.
Who it's for: Business owners who want more than an annual check-in. This is for people who want a real ongoing relationship and a consistent partner in their corner.
A NOTE ON INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT
We manage investment accounts for clients — retirement accounts, rollovers, and brokerage accounts. For ongoing planning clients, our AUM fee is discounted from our standard rate.
We're not going to pitch you on moving money we don't need to manage. If investment management makes sense for your situation, we'll talk about it. If it doesn't, we'll tell you that too.
CFO SNAPSHOT
What it is: A one-time engagement where we take a close look at your business and personal finances and tell you exactly what we see.
What's included:
You fill out a detailed intake covering your business financials, personal finances, how you're structured, what you're paying yourself, taxes, savings, and more
We review everything and identify the gaps, opportunities, and risks
You receive a written report with our findings and a prioritized list of recommendations — things like entity structure, tax strategy, cash flow improvements, retirement planning, and more
We walk you through the report and answer your questions
What it costs:$500
Who it's for: Any business owner who wants an honest outside look at how things are set up and where the opportunities are. No ongoing commitment required.
